At Thermomix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your appliance or accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Experience team via our online portal or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place your Thermomix and all included accessories securely in the original packaging to ensure the delicate components and sensors are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
